I first purchased from Homescapes on their Amazon shop and I purchased two cushions which were described as pre-filled with plump cushion pads. The cushions came without pads, and they apologised for their error and performed a small refund to apologise for this.I wasn't terribly happy, but I accepted this and went and bought the missing cushion pads directly on the Homescapes site (and picked up some other things at the same time). Unfortunately they sent the wrong size pads, but upon emailing them, said they would get the correct ones out to me right away.I've received an email today stating that they don't have them in stock and would I like something else or a refund. Neither option is any good to me and I am now left with unusable cushion covers due to their original error. I need to receive the correct size cushion pads, to go with the cushion covers they supplied which were suppose to already be filled. I feel they want to provide good service, but seem to be too disorganised to do so.EDIT:They have now contacted me and said they will issue a refund AND they will send on the correct cushion pads when they eventually get them into stock in around 4 weeks. I commend their efforts and I have increased my star rating, and will increase it again when/if the correct cushion pads are delivered.

Cushion pads were great although a bit small for the same size cushion covers. Have reordered a larger size for a more plump cushion.
Bought 2 single duvet sets for the spare room, product arrived quickly and the colour is exactly as shown on the website. Quality is lovely, the silky self stripe makes it look great as it reflects the natural light through the window.
Very quick delivery, looks good and feels good, lovely scent and helps with dropping of o sleep.
Superb service which matches their website! The whole process of our experience with Homescapes has been excellent. The square cushions and bench cushions are lovely - made of cotton and washable fabric are excellent value and they that look great and contain no plastic. The delivery service offered is wonderful too and queries we had during our transactions with a real person were easy and highly professional. I have no hesitation in recommending Homescapes to friends and anyone else too!
When I ordered originally I was sent the wrong item twice, so wasn't impressed at all. I decided to look elsewhere. However, the product wasn't available elsewhere so decided to re-order through Homescapes - this time the whole process was excellent. The correct product was delivered within a week through a courier. Couldn't fault service second time round - only giving 4 stars due to the first order debacle.
Item arrived damaged. Very poor condition. This is the second time I ordered feom Homescapes and both items are very very poor quality and damaged.

I bought the artificial bamboo plant, but it looks really plasticky and fake. Wouldn’t recommend this particular product.
My order arrived on time and I am happy with the quality of my purchase. I did have one issue as they had sent the wrong size of curtains. A quick call to their customer service and a prepaid returns label was emailed to me and the correct size ordered and dispatched really quickly. Overall, really happy with the service
